<p>i’m not sure, but i wouldn’t wait until nov 1 to submit it - servers will be crazy busy and there’s a chance it could crash before your application is sent. best to send it a few days before, on the 30th or so.</p>
<p>the cambridge server crashed before my friend could submit his application for the blyth scholarship. they extended the deadline to make up for it, though. but it’s a heart attack you don’t need.</p>
