Thanks to all who helped with my pervious question about what to serve. I’ve decided to do heavy appetizers, and desserts. The heaviest being mini beef tenderloin sandwiches that we will make ourselves.
We will be having about 20+ people. 5 have to leave at dinner time for awhile, but will probably be back but who knows, so I want to accommodate them and not have it begin early evening. Hopefully others will stay as long As they like. At first I thought 3:00pm, but that seems so early and an odd time. I’m reconsidering 4:00. What time would you start?
