I’ll be working at a local political newspaper this summer as a reporting intern. It’s really my first time I’ll have a legit internship. What should I bring to work? I presume a notebook and writing utensils. Should I bring a laptop? Also, if anyone has any other tips for a journalism internship besides what to bring, I would love to hear them!
Also, what type of bag would be appropriate to use as a woman? The only bag I own is a never-before-used Coach bag, but I feel kind of awkward bringing it. I’ll already be the youngest person in the workplace, I don’t want to risk alienating myself any further.
