<p>They aren’t allowed, but at least in my dorm, no one cares. Just put a towel over it if the CA comes in and that’s about as much as you need to hide it. Almost everyone has one.</p>
<p>What about electric kettles? (random, I know, but I like my tea.)</p>
<p>Should be fine. Almost anything is fine as long as it’s not really bulky, doesn’t often cause the dorm fire alarm to go off and can be hidden during room inspections :). We have ~ 3 of those per year.</p>
<p>are refrigerators “allowed?”</p>
<p>Yep, but there are “size requirements.”</p>
