What to do about a B?

I got an 82 in Grade 11 Math this year.

I have to options:

take the grade and see my weighted GPA go down from grade 9 to 10

retake the course but have it noted on my transcript I repeated the course.

What should I do?

Im mainly concerned that my weighted GPA will have fallen should I not retake the class.

Just take the B. Its not the end of the world. Do great in Math next year and Harvard could care less.

You should definitely retake the course. You need 100s in all of your classes to get into Harvard…

That’s really not funny - this kid is stressing out right now, just as we all did during the start of the college process. You’d think that a 5 star general like you would understand too…shame on you.

Don’t listen to Dwight.

if you apply and are rejected from Harvard, it will not be because of a B in math.

Also bear in mind that your weighted GPA means very little at a school like Harvard. Admissions officers look at the letters on your transcript more than numbers like GPA and WGPA.

He isn’t an idiot. He’s probably very intelligent. So there’s no reason why he should ever be thinking that a B will ruin the rest of his life.

Also he’s a ■■■■■. Check his post history.
