i just visited a uni and i really enjoyed it and would love to commit. They still have not contacted me yet so should i email them on my own or wait of them to contact me? i don’t want to seem pushy, but at the same time, i don’t want to wait too long that i don’t even have a chance to get a slot. Also, its stressful because i need to get going on apps but due to recruiting i don’t know which app and when to complete it 
What college? And I think you should evaluate all your options before you make a decision.
It’s not a good idea to tell us what college. Just send a note to the coaches thanking them for hosting you, letting them know how much you enjoyed your visit, and that X university remains a top choice for you.
