Wait… So we need to bring mattress pad??

Thanks afchang23

only if you want to sleep more comfortably. personally, i use a mattress pad just because i dont like the springs of my mattress.

Yeah, I’m definitely bringing a mattress pad.

Any upperclassmen care to comment on anything else we should consider bringing?

I would bring collapsing chairs. Of the type that people take to outdoor concerts. They are very handy when you have people in your room. You can typically pick them up for like five bucks each.

Storage bins to keep under your bed. I didn’t go home for Spring Break so I had all of my winter clothes in my room and they were a handy way to move my winter clothes out of my drawers to have room for my spring stuff.

I’d also recommend a small first aid kit.

When are the final transcript and meal plan due? Unfortunately I’m on vacation right now, and I left my packet at home. :frowning: Thanks in advance!

@TheGirlsLoveMe: I am not very sure about which final transcript you are talking about, but I’ll try to answer it. I couldn’t find any dates saying when the final transcript for your grades will be due, but as a comparison, most of colleges would want you transcript as soon as possible when your grades come out. For example, the UCs want people to send them before the 15th. But again… I don’t know about Cornell. Send it as soon as you can.

About the meal plan, I think you can enroll the meal plan anytime you want, even after you arrive in August. :)

If anyone can actually confirm this, it will be great :)

The transcript (according to CornellBound) is actually due today, July 10. It took 3 weeks for my school to print out mine for some reason, so I hope they would understand some minor delay.

Meal Plan: Yes, you can in fact enroll any time you want for the meal plan.

It’s due today? I am just wondering if they already received mine… >.< Thank you jonathanG :)

How do we find out what meal plan they’ve given us?

You sign up for your own meal plan.

yeah i know… i guess i meant to ask, where can we see that they’ve approved it or whatever?

It’ll show up on your bursar bill

How are you guys doing on the required reading?
