What to do during (P)SAT breaks?

I’ve heard a lot of different things that my friends who got National Merit Scholarship have done during the little breaks. One of my friends eats “brain foods” during his break, such as eggs. Another one of my friends says that he basically gets up and moves around as much as he can during the breaks, to get the blood flowing. My lsat friend said that his teacher let him bring in a piece of paper showing many of the tips/tricks for each section, and he was allowed to read over it during the breaks.

Which, if any of these, is a good strategy for just getting that little boost during the PSAT/SAT? I’m taking my PSAT this Wednesday, and the SAT later this month, and I’m hoping on becoming a National Merit Semifinalist for the PSAT.
Thanks!
