At times, it’s really difficult to force yourself to study for dry subjects like biochem, physics, and so on. But if you don’t do the work, it will accumulate fast and later you’ll have to do so much at once. This is very painful and usually ineffective. What measures do you take to prevent this?

Hmm…I usually just remind myself that I’ll never be in the mood to study, so I shouldn’t prolong my torture.

Suck it up and get it done.

Cue “that’s what she said.”

Consider having a study group. If the subject matter is too dry and boring, having a group of friends who study with you can help.

Have a select group of 3-5 friends, meet up at a predetermined location, and review course material and old tests together. Will be far easier than studying alone.
