<p>I’m attending the AAJA JCamp program, a fairly selective all-expense paid journalism program. However, this is only about a week long.</p>
<p>I’m aiming for the Ivies, and I know summers are critical. What else should I do this summer?</p>

<p>There’s an endless list of things you can do over the summer. Some of the more obvious things include volunteering, working for pay or just for more experience, exploring your major/career interests, working on college apps (if you’re going to be a senior this fall), reading books that you don’t have time to read during the school year or that you need to read for school, learning how to code, having fun with friends (seriously!)… Do something productive that you enjoy.</p>
