What to do.

I’ve posted this in the ‘what are my chances’ forum but I really want to know ‘what should I do.’
The end of my junior year is approaching and I have suddenly realized, “ohh yea, college.” I understand this was poor planning on my part but I’ve no regrets as it is; I just need to know what to do my senior year to make myself as competitive as possible.

Some background: I lived on a military base in japan for four years (from 7th grade to the end of the first semester in 11th grade). I was home schooled in 9th and 10th grade except for band, which I took at the American high school (I taught myself all of my classes with no outside assistance, they were all at an honors+++ level but because I was home schooled they are all unweighted). I am now attending a public school in Louisiana.

My Stats:
SAT: 2110 (710cr 720m 680w) [no prepping. I find it fairly probable that I should be able to raise my score with a more concerted effort]
GPA: 3.64 UW 3.71 W (at the end of this (my junior) year I will have 26.5 credits; as a home schooler I took a great number of classes) (also as a home schooler I suffered VERY little from any sort of grade inflation)
Rank: No idea, I was 1/255 last quarter but I know this to be some sort of error. Perhaps my having so many credits outweighs my mediocre GPA.
Classes and the like: all the sciences 3-4 credits so far, all the maths up to Calc AB(I am in this now with a 102%) (I did receive a C in Algebra II btw) 4-5 credits so far, a great many Englishes 4-5 credits, histories/social studies 4 credits so far, many electives. I do not remember all of them.
I am in AP Calc AB and AP Us History right now, I was in AP Language and Composition and would still be except there was a scheduling conflict at my new school (in Louisiana)

Extra Curricular: (far below nominal)
varsity soccer 9-10,
wrestling 10,
took a class that culminated in a 10 day backpacking trip in Alaska,
recently joined Mu Alpha Theta (yay! 1 club)
ineligible for NHS as my classes were not ‘honors’ (does this matter)
Jazz band 9 10 11
band 9 10 11
literally traveled much of the pacific?

Community Service: not of the top of my head

So my question is: what should I do next year?
I can go to the Louisiana School for Math Science and the Arts, but will this help me?
Also, what ‘tier’ colleges am I looking at attending, assuming my SATs come up a bit and I make next year count?
Schools that I have been looking at are:
McGill, NYU, U of Chicago, Duke
Perhaps I’ve been dreaming too high though.
I would appreciate any help that you may be able to give me.
