What to expect from college when you skip the fall semester and go for spring instead

<p>I know you miss out on homecoming week, and football games and other fun things, but what is there in the spring?</p>

<p>Spring semester at my college was actually way more awesome than the fall! We had “Hell Week” (campus-wide hazing of freshmen; unrelated to Greek life), “May Day” (a fair between the end of classes and the beginning of finals week, featuring mechanical bulls, bouncy cancels, cotton candy, face painting, water fights…) and various graduation and pre-graduation events. </p>

<p>I realize that this is all very campus-specific, but I am sure that your university will have some special spring events too. College students don’t like being bored!</p>
