What to put for form 7?

<p>So, on form 7 for mailing in transcripts, it says…
This transcript includes the following:

  • Grades 9–12, including verification of graduation
  • Other: (List years attended)</p>

<p>I will have gone to my school for 9-12 grade, but I will not yet have graduated when I send in my transcript. Do I put Grade 9, 10, 11 since those are the only ones I have grades for? Or 9, 10, 11, 12 since it will say the classes I’m taking in 12th grade?</p>

<p>Just email your admissions counselor and ask them. Honestly, why would you trust anyone with questions about your app other than the school itself. Anyways, your counselor is the first reader of app, getting in contact with them shows you’re interested.</p>

<p>:) Since he knows that indeed, he has not yet graduated, he is probably safe in checking that off on his transcript request form (which is not required, it is only provided for your convenience).</p>
