What to Put Into/Leave Out of College Resumes (admissions, scholarships, the whole nine)

Hey all, I’m applying for a scholarship that requires a one-page resume encompassing academic honors, extracurricular activities, and volunteer work (and then any other achievements that we think should be slapped on there, I suppose), and I’m wondering about some on-the-fence activities that I’m not sure should make the cut. They are as follows:

Possible omission reason: unorthodox? I dunno it just feels odd.

-I do a sizeable amount of writing online to encourage and motivate people working through breaking bad habits, and work fairly closely with the administrators of a website that helps people do the same. It’s all unpaid and we reach a couple thousand people a month

Possible omission reason: it’s a pain to take credit for

-I guest-post for blogs under a pen name, and have my own using the same one. Platform is probably a few hundred people each month. When I started it up, I didn’t think it would be something that would lead to me getting published elsewhere in the future. I could demonstrate that the work is mine if asked to.

Possible omission reason: dated

-Published for a small-scale news/opinion site for about a month, reaching 30000+ at one point, but I kid you not, back in August, my name was removed from everything and my administrator account was revoked without explanation. I could jump through a ton of hoops to prove that the work is mine (I have some screenshots of the articles with my name on them, google docs where I wrote them that haven’t been touched since before the articles themselves were published, etc.)

-I won an award from NOAA back in 2016 for the dopest science fair project of all time, but it was two years ago, back when I was a freshman (currently a junior).

-Got second place in a statewide French oratory competiton as a freshman

Possible omission reason: toooo miscellaneous?

-I’ve played piano for eleven years. I never did concerts or anything but I’ll play parties and make bank on tips (okay its not bank its like enough for a pepsi when I stand up for a breather lol). I’ve played for some school functions and get free lessons from the music teacher there

Thanks for reading. Anything helps!
