As title…I don’t want to be too misleading nor do I want to be too offensive. What should I write?

Why are you sending an email? Didn’t they give you an acceptance card in your acceptance package? One of the boxes should say “No, I will not be attending your university next year. Instead I will be attending _____.”

Just say “Admission Decision”

bad1017, because I’m studying overseas in Asia. By the time they receive the letter, it’ll be well into May.

Which college are you denying?

Several, actually–Reed, Vassar, Wesleyan, Rice, WUSTL

Can you fax it? Emails can get missed, and faxing is a for sure

Nice choices, well return the reply card or just put Admissions Decision. What college are you going to over them?

Another vote for faxing - no worries about titling or lost in cyberspace

You could go with: i regret to inform you that…

That kindof thing does not belong in an email.

Decision on Enrollment’s what I used for one of my colleges. But this was addressed to a regional admissions officer, so I suppose there’d be less chance of it slipping through the cracks.

Sssssssscccccccccccccrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Yooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

I’ll be attending Middlebury. Thanks guys, I sent off an email, but I’ll also fax the enrollment cards just in case.

I think both fax and emails would get there just as reliably and are just as easily missed. imagine having to sort through mountains of fax paper, something will get lost :P
