Come back at the end of Junior year with all pertinent information; GPA/test scores/EC’s. Find out how much your family can afford, what type of school are you looking for such as public/private/large/small etc. and intended major. Right now you look like a competitive applicant for the majority of schools in the US.
Try to bring up your GPA. Then you will have a wider range of school to choose from. Need to know your intended major, home state, household income bracket or how much your family can support.

For Ivies, you have large gap in GPA. There is no law undergraduate degree. with >$200k income, you would not get financial aid from most schools. Ask your parents how much can they afford. Most private and OOS publics are around $50-$65k per year and you are likely paying full price unless you aim lower.
