Hey I’m a high school senior and I’ll be attending to a community college for the fall 2015. After I’m done with my lower division classes I plan to transfer to a UC but I’m not sure where should I transfer to. plus I wanna be an immigration services officer and I don’t know What to major in.
Can you please tell me What should I major in if I want to be an immigration services officer and What UC is the best for that major?
Sociology and/or spanish maybe?
To be honest, I’m not really sure.
Psychology with a minor in Spanish? Political Science? Any of the UC’s will give you a good education in any of these subjects. You can TAG at all the UC’s except UCLA/UCB/UCSD and as long as meet the requirements, you will be accepted.

Criminal Justice may be another major, but not offered at the UC’s but at many of the Cal states.
UCI offers a criminology major! Take a look at it!
Criminal justice, international law according to this. Berkeley has a pre-law degree. Maybe some other UCs do too.
Google “explore majors uc” to get to their majors pages.

thanks @lindyk8 but I want to be an immigration services officer not an immigration officer.
If you want to be an immigration services officer then start being proactive and stop expecting the world to spoon feed you information that you can easily find yourself. A simple Google search of “immigration services officer” shows that they’re part of USCIS, which itself is part of DHS, meaning that it’s a federal job that is applied-for through the USA Jobs website. Go there, put in “immigration services officer” in the search box and you get these results
Go and click the various openings and take a look at the education requirements.
haha i was thinking the same thing.
