Hello, I will graduate high school in 2017, my calculated GPA sophomore and junior year is a 4.0. In 10th grade I took: PE,Bio,Jap 2,Alg 2, Honor Eng, AP World. 11th Grade: AP Eng,Jap 3, Chem, PreCalculus, AP Psych, AP Us Hist. I ended up getting a 4.5 in my sec sem 11th grade to top 10th grade. I unfortunately don’t have impressive or much extra curriculars, let alone good ones; I was secretary of Jap Club, and joined the Mock Trial Club 11th grade, I’m going to be secretary of the Mock Trail Club my upcoming senior year. I don’t know if senior year counts, but I am in We The PEOPLE as of now. And my SAT scores-I took it recently so I don’t know my score, but I will retake it anyway. Its probably hard with this info, but based on this, what Ucs should I try to apply for? Do I have a chance with UC Irvine? Or anything at that level? Thank you.
Cannot chance you without SAT scores. Your GPA looks on target for UCI and several others, but without SAT scores it is impossible to predict.

What is your intended major? SAT 2 subject test scores? PSAT score?
Senior EC’s do count but your Senior grades will not be included in the UC GPA calculation.

without your SAT is is hard to say where you’ll fit. With a solid score (1300/1600) you’d be a solid candidate for all but UCB/UCLA and UCSD. With a 1200 or so, UCSC, UCM and UCR would be your best shot.
Essays are a huge component of admission at UCs so, a really compelling application could open the door to all 9 UG campuses.
