What university fits my personality?

I want to major in business.

Because Wharton is the top school for business, I was thinking of applying there, but after hearing some people’s opinions of it (I KNOW THIS OPINION IS SUPER GENERALISED: constant competition, strictly academic, just extremely hardcore and not very “humane”, “reflective” and “compassionate” in general) I quickly changed my mind.

I am creative, philosophical and free willed… I’m the type of person that is found making music or longboarding until the last night to study for an exam. I cannot sit down in a library and study 4-5 hours continuously.

My extracurriculars reflect my personality, my apps show my passion for business, and my grades (although not STELLAR) give me a chance to apply to a top school (ivies).

Which schools should I apply to? Recommendations for HYPSMC schools or other high tier schools preferred. (I’ve got my match/safeties already).

Also, if any current Penn students/Penn alums can help me change my perspective about Penn, that would be greatly appreciated.

bump

bump… MIT?

bump

Get admitted by both of them first before u agonize over UPenn v MIT (:expressionless:

@GMTplus7 my school only gives students 8 slots to send apps to, thats why I need to know which ones to apply to now. Of course I want to get accepted to them both!

Colgate, Villanova, URichmond, Madison, Emory, Indiana, USC, UIUC.
