I have 7.25 CGPA which is equivalent to 72.5% in my UG after completion.

Don’t try to convert your grades to the American system. Report them as is.
Colleges that get a lot of apps from your country will know how to interpret them. Others (I believe) use a 3rd party service.

Your subject title implies you have a bachelors degree in CS from a college in India. Is this accurate.
Are you applying to grad schools in the U.S.?

I am considering two universities: the University of Washington, Tacoma (MS in Computer Science and Systems), and Boston University. At Boston University, I’m looking at two programs: the College of Arts and Science (MS in CS - Data-Centric Computing) and BU Metropolitan (MS in CS).
If the universities you apply to require your GPA to be converted they will tell you but if you want to know for your own information, you can consult the free online calculators available at credential validation services like WES and Scholaro to get a general idea.
