<p>Hey guys, so I most likely (all accordingly that is) will apply to Columbia Engineering Early Decision next year. For the summer, I have the oppurtunity to do research with my older brother at Cornell University this summer for 5-weeks or I can spend my summer at home, becoming a fully trained EMT and working at the hospital. I am not sure which one to do. It would seem like Cornell research would be obvious, but I have already done research at Yale University. I figured that maybe the EMT would make me look more diverse and knowledgeable to colleges.</p>
<p>SO what do you guys think is more impressive to top tier colleges?</p>
