What would I need to do to have a chance?

<p>What do I need to do to have a chance? How much better on SATs and any other things?</p>

<p>No one is going to be able to answer this question for you. the best they can do is compare you to people they’ve heard of that got in and then stanford’s published statistics.</p>

<p>on the SAT, most people that get into stanford have 700 or better on each of the 3 sections, while about 1/3 of people will have between 600-699. That should give you a pretty clear idea as to where your scores line up with Stanford.</p>

<p>As for ECs, just try to be really really (really) good at whatever it is you do.</p>

<p>How long have you been playing tennis?</p>
