A 4.0 UW not counting track.

thanks, you made my day
i assume 90-100 is 4.0
80-89 is 3.0
etc

Correct. 10 char

Yeah it would be a 4.0

Thanks

They grade track??? What the hell?

Ap US 99: What you do in the History course to get 99? It is a very strong grade.

question on this subject…

do all colleges transfer into that grade scale that me_duh is talking about?

I mean will my 93 which at my school is an A- be reflected as an A and therefore a 4.0 by colleges?

Actually, at my school,

93-100 is a 4.0 (A)

90-93 is a 3.8 (A-)

one of your grades is a 92 so you would have a 3.975 UW

Most schools calculate it some secret way. I really don’t think they actually look at your GPA so much, i think they look over your transcript and actually look at your grades themselves.

At my (wonderful, relevant, lol) school… we go by thirds. that is, B=3.0 B+=3.33 A-=3.67 A=4

BUT the weighting system also applies at the OP’s school which allows him to get a 100.76… so… 1.0076*4 = 4.03 I believe… correct me if I’ve misunderstood.

Im happy that its a high GPA even if it isnt the perfect 4.0
As for AP US I had a really easy teacher. I did self study so I did better than most on his tests, which were real ap tests. However Im really worried that my AP score wont be a 4/5 and that will reflect the easiness of the teacher.

Track is graded b/c it takes place of the gym credit. I am just so glad it doesnt go into the average.
