What you would like to have known.

Looking back now as Cornell students, is there anything you wish someone had told you about the school before you got there?

It can be things that would make you not want to go there or things that would have made life when you got there ten times easier.

Thanks!!

ear plugs, college kids are waay to loud

How many people are from NY, NJ, CT…

what is the likelihood of being deferred… what is the likelihood of being admitted from the waitlist… Can I change major/school after I am admitted (if it happens at all)?..I am applying ED. If I am deferred, am I allowed to accept other schools’ offers? … how many hours do you spend each day on ‘serious activities’?.. If you live in the hostel, how is the standard of living there?.. What are some of the drawbacks of Cornell?.. the list goes on…

…more like how many people are from LI. i thought by going to a school ~5 hrs away from home, i wouldn’t be stuck with as many LI people. ugh too wrong.

hahaha yeah, so many LI kids. i’ll be another one of them lol

how cliquey it can be. I went to a small high school with no real cliques but here you can kind of see separation.

oh and how all the girls dress the exact same.
