What's a good match for me?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a school that would match my interests.

I’m interesting in either pursuing a dual degree or a double major in biology and music composition. For the music composition program, I have done some research and have discovered that some schools have a set curriculum, whereas other schools allow you to pursue the genre that you are interested in composing for. I find the latter option extremely important, as I really do not want to waste my time learning 12-tone composition techniques when I have absolutely no intention of ever using that.

For the biology component, I haven’t really narrowed down my interests yet, but I would like a school that’s well-rounded in both their general biology programs and focused biology majors in case I become interested in a more specific biological field.

I know that this is a lot to ask for, but if anyone has any information or can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it’s a lot to ask for when you haven’t given us much information, such as:

What are your stats (SAT, GPA, class rank, etc.)?
What can you/your parents afford?
Do you want a small school or a large school?

Maybe Rice
