Not to stay in my career, simply move up, or provide a “better life.” That’s how the value proposition was structured for me. Everyone’s different.
I provided my ROI and it’s different for everyone - starting salary, exiting salary, heck, even discount rate. That’s why I went for qualitative factors.</p>
