<p>I was sure that there would a scholarship for a child of a teacher but I cant find any. Anyone know of any?</p>
<p>I doubt it. There are millions of children whose parents are teachers. How could there be scholarships for all those kids???</p>
<p>Actually chapters of Delta Kappa Gamma offer scholarships to the children of teachers who are going to become teachers. These are by application and not every student who applies will be chosen.</p>
<p>If you are part of the UFT, go to your chapter leader who could tell you if they offer scholarships to children of their members.</p>
<p>If your parent is a college teacher you may be entitled to reduced or free tuition at that school.</p>
