What's a signed school report?

You know when your filling out your brag sheet and there’s a privare college check off list, what is the “signed school report” for? Should I just check it off?

That may be the signed Counselor’s Report that counselors send along with transcripts. It’s a report that says whether you’ve been suspended/expelled, taken a challenging curriculum, rank, etc. It may also include the school profile- courses offered, etc…

Or, maybe someone else can correct me.

Using the acronym “SSR” - it is the Secondary School Report. The GC completes it and rates the rigor of the student’s coursework in each subject area - average - above average - most demanding, etc. The GC also rates the student in various personal qualities - leadership - and so forth. Every school has some version of this form.
