<p>Tax associates prepare tax returns and consult companies on tax matters (i.e. how certain transactions will affect your tax liability, how you can minimize your tax liability, etc.). Tax associates usually work for an accounting firm and are working toward a CPA certification. It’s completely unrelated to IBanking.</p>
