I live in Canada and I have about 95% average and just curious as to what that would equal to in terms of GPA? I also have 2310 on my SAT with above-average amount of extracurricular activites and what universities in the States can I get into?

It would be more wise to post this in the College Admissions forum, not the SAT Preparation forum. Given what you said, however, you can likely get into a lot of top schools.

95% is probably around 3.96 ~ 3.9 ^^ Good luck. You will get into some great colleges.

well on a scale on 0 being F and 4 being a perfect A, proportionately, you gpa would be a 3.8. Most likely; however, due to the different scale, it would be higher. All in all, don’t worry about it. It’s a pretty good GPA
Another thing to consider: Have u gotten B’s? If its different ranges of A’s that have gotten you the 95, you have a 4.0 technically.

How to Convert Your GPA to a 4.0 Scale
Colleges report GPA (grade point average) on a 4.0 scale. The top grade is an A, which equals 4.0. This is the standard scale at most colleges, and many high schools use it.
If your high school uses a different or weighted system, you need to convert your GPA to a 4.0 scale for this tool. Talk to your school counselor or get a rough conversion by substituting these values:
A+ (97-100) = 4.0
A (93-96) = 4.0
A- (90-92) = 3.7
B+ (87-89) = 3.3
B (83-86) = 3.0
B- (80-82) = 2.7
C+ (77-79) = 2.3
C (73-76) = 2.0
C- (70-72) = 1.7
D+ (67-69) = 1.3
D (65-66) = 1.0
E/F (below 65) = 0.0

Thx for all the help. An A in Canada here is 86%+ though so I dont think the scaling you guys provided work for me but again really appreciated. Gonna ask my counselor tmr.
