What's being a Resident Advisor Like?

<p>After my first year of college, I gracefully got accepted to be a Resident Advisor until I graduate (Thank heavens!). What are some things I should be expecting? I’ve been thinking too hard about how competitive the interview process was at my University before I got to actually sit back and think about it. :)</p>
