<p>I am heavily committed to research as a high school student. In my why northwestern, Stanford, brown, Penn essays I wrote about my affinity for research and my desire to pursue undergraduate research. I went on to mention the work of specific faculty members and how excited I would be to become part of the body of research at each respective university as an undergraduate. Is this a good angle?</p>

<p>If that’s the reason why you want to go to those schools, then write about them. An honest essay will be easier to write and probably better than one you just made up.</p>
