What's better?

So currently I want to get into university of Michigan, and I know they want a 3.8 gpa, in their scale. I take 7 IB classes and get 5 A’s and 2 B’s with the IB diploma. Should I drop the diploma, to get 7 A’s?

Are the two Bs in the SL or HL? I think the HL are comparable to AP classes which provide higher GPA.

Both are HL, but u of m ranks all classes on a 4.0 scale, IB, honors, and AP

You should be taking the most challenging classes that your school offers – even if it means you end up with 5 As and 2 Bs.

I got in with 5 A’s and 2 B+'s my second semester of junior year with full IB classes. You should be fine.
