If you guys have any experience in the following academic clubs/teams, could you tell me what kind of achievements are good (or good enough, okay that still sounds really vague, but please try to answer) in these clubs/teams if you are a member of them for all 4 years of high school?
model UN
debate
science olympiad
Model UN: Best Delegate or Best Position Paper
Debate: Best Debater
Science Olympiad: One digit rank. (A two digit rank is also ‘good’ but for very competitive schools, a rank above 50 is not that big of a deal).
^these are the achievements a serious participant must have. Simple participation is not enough (although exceptions exist).
