A slab of pork roast from the freezer with my homemade middle-Georgia style BBQ sauce and fresh brocolli sauteed in butter and steamed in a little white wine.

I have the ingredients for a massive pot of Paul Prudhomme’s chili. I have to start by slicing 5+ pounds of top round beef into a half inch dice and grinding dried chile peppers for the spice mix.

I have a new 12 quart stock pot that is going to get a workout. Last time I made this, I had to use 7.5 qt and a 4.5 qt dutch ovens, so I hope I can make it in one pot this time.

Moroccan tofu, apricot, olives, almonds in a lemon sauce over whole wheat couscous.
