What's for dinner at your house tonight?

I have so much rosemary. Too bad my freezer isn’t bigger, I want to cut it down. ( I planted a couple others elsewhere)
Although I do have some wreath forms that I’m going to use when I do so.
Glad this thread was revived. It’s just H and me, and he never has ideas, especially healthy ones.
When I was telling him about the local food truck having bacon wrapped hotdogs, he was all ready to go!
He’s pretty good about eating whatever though, if I stick to standards.

I’m making beef stew for tonight. I don’t use a recipe, just vary on what combination of broth/coffee/ beer, I use for the cooking liquid. Usually the basic carrots, celery, onions & potatoes. H picks around other veggies.
So I am making another pot of coffee, put some in the stew and some in the chocolate cake.

I don’t use spice packets except a taco seasoning one, although D did say that these were good.
( she & her bf have little time or space for cooking)

( I lie, I also use Old Bay on corn on the cob with lime juice, but I’m the only one who likes it that way
I also use Tom Douglas’s rubs)

.

How timely! Just found this in my current Pinterest feed:

“Rosemary baked chicken was tasty. Here’s what’s in the recipe.”

Thanks, Deborah T. Just figured out what I am going to make for dinner tonight!

Tasty and very easy to make. Will go into my rotation.

The chicken enchilada recipe I posted in #1553 -winner! Tasted much fresher than my usual chicken enchilada recipe!

Oxtail soup, it was tasty. But the best part is gelato ice cream covered in dark chocolate from Papa New Guinea from Sprouts.
