<p>Cornell’s the only private school i applied to and i kinda regret applying because there’s so much stuff to do/fill out. for example, i didnt even know about the separate finanial aid app., tax returns, and i have to do the css profile for one school. I’m low on money and i honestly don’t even think i will get in so if i do get in and don’t fill out the css profile, will that mean i don’t get any aid?</p>
<p>Generally, if you don’t complete ALL the FAid forms by the deadlines set for the Us, you jeapordize your chances of getting any FAid at those schools. If you think you may qualify for ANY aid (including loans) it’s in your best interest to complete all the forms required by each school by the deadline set by each U.
My understanding is that Us will NOT consider FAid apps that don’t have ALL the required docs. If you need to guess the #s & make corrections, do your best to be as accurate as possible (start with 2005’s tax docs & guess for 2006).</p>
<p>well, i got this idea from my sister because she didn’t do the css profile either but still get aid from usc. she did do the fafsa and the financial aid app though.</p>
