What's in demand

What is in higher demand? 2 fields of study interest me: business->accounting->CPA; engineering->software engineer/electrical engineer. Also, biomedical can be added to my engineer list. I would like to know, out of the careers I’ve listed, which is in higher demand and the better way to go.

You can check the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Just select an occupation check the outlook for 2020. From there you can just take a yearly average increase and adjust it for your graduation year for a rough estimate.
