<p>I’m a transfer student who was assigned to Sears House, which is shared by a frat and sorority. I like to party and get wild, so I’m guessing this isn’t a bad place to be? Will there be other transfers housed here? Is there tension between the greeks and non-greeks?</p>
<p>You’ll be fine. There’s quite a few indies in frats/sororities, and I believe the ones in Sears House treat their indies with a decent amount of respect. I had a friend that lived in a suite in Sears and he never had problems with the people there.</p>
<p>You’ll be fine. Sears is also on the louder part of Wriston (next to the Ratty), so most of the stuff goes down right in front of you.</p>
