what's part 2?

What is part II of the JHU application? And what’s part I? I don’t understand where part II is

10,927 posts??? Jeez…but yeah, part I was already sent in if you paid for your stuff. Part II is that extra stuff, asking for your scores and essays…due by Jan 1st RD

ok first 10,927 posts is a lot – can you spell “A-D-D-I-C-T-I-O-N”???

now, which application are you using to apply to JHU?

if common app, the Part I is the common app. the Part II is the JHU supplement.

if JHU online app., it is clearly labelled Part I and Part II.

if JHU paper app., it is also clearly labelled Part I and Part II.

With the JHU apps., Part I is a one page general form where you fill out your name, address, etc. - choose your two majors, and answer some basic questions. Part II is four pages where you put your test scores, activities, parent information, and have the essays.

It is pretty self-explanatory, not sure where your confusion lies.

well it all seems the same to me. I’m using the JHU application, and I don’t understand- do they have to be submitted together?

are you using the JHU online or paper application. If you are using the paper application then at the top of the page they are clearly labelled as PART I and PART II. Part I is white, Part II is beige or tan.

Part I and Part II can be submitted separately, though it is recommended they be submitted together. Both are due by Jan. 1st though…

Not sure I can explain it any clearer. If you still don’t understand that please elaborate on your question.

whoo for the common app :)

yea common app ftw

Okay I see now thanks  I originally did the commapp, but I find it annoying so I switched :)

:( but u only do one application
and the midyear reports and teacher recs are the same, so you can make copies. i found it a LOT easier doing common app. Each application takes a TON of time.

but thats just me
