I did not mean it literally when I said it is exclusive to high school and college students, I just meant it is marketed toward a certain demographic in the 16-30 age range, but people of all ages and background use it which proves useful for getting information.

I bet there are almost as many adults as students on the site. College is so expensive, parents are looking for as much help as students are.

I bet the vast majority of senior members are adults over the age of 21.

“Class of” parent threads are certainly a lot longer than “Class of” student threads.

I have a confession to make. Last year I helped a kid with his essays (I was helping a lot of kids at the same time) and as I read more & more of his work, I began to think “could this be X?” And it turned out to be a friend of my son’s! I mean, what are the odds? I never told him. And he got into his dream school. :slight_smile:
