This thread is not intended to offend any Yale student/alum.
As a prospective applicant, I would just like to know from those who actually commited to Yale, what are some key things that really set Yale above other schools of choice?

bump
For some reason, Yale just tugged on my heartstrings in a way that none of my other choices could match. It might have been the people I met, the courses I could take, the Gothic architecture, the Beinecke Library or the Peabody museum, the incredible arts scene or just a perceived commitment to undergraduate education - I can’t really place a finger on any single factor.
