What’s the best book for AP cal AB?
What’s the connection between the AP cal and SAT math subject test?

AP Calc and Math subject test has no connection, though I did see a limit-type question on there, which is kinda for precalc since it was a limit as x goes to infinity, which is basically the same as the horizontal asymptote

For books, good books generally last you until Calc 3. I’ve got Larson/Edwards and Stewart, and they both work.

Larson/Edwards breaks it down if you’re an absolute beginner; personally, I prefer Stewart.
