you know those youtube ad’s of these guys saying they made a fortune at home buy just investing in stocks well those to me are interesting so i want to know what major is the best for stock investing yes i know i dont need to get a degree to stock invest but i want the major best for it because i want to understand more about stock investing and make good decisions
Those guys are charlatans. That’s why they have to get you to pay them for their “secret.” There is no secret. If there was, would they sell it? Of course not.
No institutional investor routinely beats the market. Bill Miller had the longest trend at just over ten years and then performed SO poorly that he basically reverted to the mean.
If you want the secrets to getting rich without saving hard and just sitting on your couch flipping stocks, there is no such degree. If you want to be an institutional investor, finance, math, even engineering can get you into that door.

If those guys really did make a fortune investing stocks, they wouldn’t be wasting their time making YouTube ads about it. They’d be reinvesting that time back into managing their stock portfolio. It also wouldn’t really make sense to sell their secrets, since they’d make more money if they kept that information to themselves.
