<p>whats the best university i can get into, i’ve taken ap/honors courses since i was a freshman, i didn’t do well in any of them, practically failed, i have a cumaltive gpa of 2.3 and i’ve passed all my ap tests with a 3, which are ap us, ap calc ab, ap chem, and ap lit, i’m about to start my senior year, and am interested in knowing what schools i can get into in southern california w/o having to go to a community college</p>

<p>UC-Irvine? Depends on your other stats (activities, SAT, etc.).</p>

<p>I doubt you will get into UC Irvine with a 2.3 GPA.</p>

<p>The best UCs are probably Merced and Riverside.</p>

<p>Sadly, you will not be able to get into a UC.
A GPA of 3.0 is the minimum for admission, but actual eligibility is predicated on a combination of GPA and test score that are indexed. The charts are on their Web site.</p>

<p>Do check out many of the very wonderful schools in the CSU system. Their admissions are indexed according to a GPA/SAT formula as well, but tend to be more forgiving…</p>
