Can’t beat it but I will join in. I had to mail D something important that she forgot. Along with the item she actually needed, I threw in some tea bags, face wipes, and (randomly) a new deck of cards that I came across while searching for the packing tape. Her reply: “Thanks. I will start a gambling ring tonight.”
“I just washed my iphone. It was in the washing machine for 20 minutes.”
So I know my kid has already played basketball and gone to a career fair, so the sock question is disconcerting. But also not my problem.
