What's the best way to teach a new language?

Decal, start a club, or is there another way? I don’t want people to have to worry about their grade but I just want it to be a fun thing to learn. If I had to give out grades, it would be fine though.

Ooh, what language? If you wanted the language to really stick with them and you wanted them to seriously learn the language, I would say DeCal; it would force them to really study the material, etc. but if you wanted a fun supplement, then maybe the club? That would be a fun way to reinforce things learned in the classroom. But hey, the DeCal is fun, too

Decal would probably be your best bet. Get people to relax and feel comfortable speaking the language (obviously you don’t want them to screw around so not relax as in kick back easy P on the transcript).
I think the problem with clubs is that the attendance may become inconsistent and if you do mandatory meetings every week, well then you pretty much are 85% there to a Decal.

Yeah that’s true. It would be better if they had regular attendance. Decal it is.
