What's the best work experience to impress admissions?

<p>Here is my situation. I’m graduating this May from </p>

<p>Syracuse University(#50), with a 3.75 GPA from Newhouse School of Communications, which is said to be one of the top programs in the country. My major is called “television, radio, and film” - I originally wanted to enter the entertainment industry. </p>

<p>Assuming I can hit a 700 GMAT, where should I work and doing what if I want to get into a good MBA program, around the standarad of say Stern.</p>

<p>I don’t think 4 years working on TV/Film sets will look too impressive… another option is advertising sales.</p>
