I just want to know what is so great about the big four for accountants. I am looking into attending mccomb school of business for accounting and the big four are always mentioned when I look up pros for the school. What’s the big deal?

They give well-paying accounting jobs to grads and look good on resumes. If you stick with them and make your way to the top there is a lot of money for you. Otherwise, it’s a good environment to do some on-the-job learning about how good accounting works.

Anymore info anyone?

If you want a career in corporate finance, it helps a lot to have a few years of big 4 experience.
