today’s flavor: strawberry mango and starbuck ice cream

I avoid anything that says Starbucks on principle.

I hate to reply to this thread because it’s so old, but I’m going to anyway.

Anyone who says “it depends on what you’re good at and that’s the easiest major for you”, I think that is a load of BS. ANY engineering major can major in a social science because it’s memorization. NOT ANY social science major can major in engineering since engineering requires more mental ability and thinking. Someone can be interested in and good at chemistry, but that still doesn’t mean chemical engineering is easier to major in than say civil engineering - because of the workload and more challenging courses ahead. There are a certain percent of people who have trouble understanding challenging material as well as can’t handle the workload of a certain engineering major. That major, whatever that is, is the hardest engineering major in general. Granted, comparing an engineering major to another engineering major is different from comparing an engineering major to a social science major. Bottom line, engineering is a hard but rewarding field no matter what major you choose, and there exists “the hardest” engineering major around but that is hard to measure.

Harder =/= better. For example, you could graduate with a 2.0 in physics, typically regarded as one of the hardest majors of any, or a 4.0 in political science. Who do you think is going to end up having better prospects?

I will avoid the obvious jokes and instead say that my fianc

Probably Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. It gets hard to wrap your head around some of the concepts at first.

Let me start by saying that Civil Engineering, more in specific structural engineering, is a piece of cake. I’m not so sure how much of experience you have but I’m sure you know that all structural engineers follow certain tables that makes their work really easy. Structural engineering has not evolved much, otherwise, why do we have the smae looking buildings?? Nothing fancy right? You know because codes will not allow, for the most part. Also, you guys have computers that do all the calculations. Its not hard. I studied C.E and now doing my Master’s in Mech. ENg. Now, M.E is really ahrd compared to Civil.

I think I’ll stick with coffee ice cream today. :)

Ice cream anyone?

I had a brownie a la mode last night.

LOL…you folks are bad.

The moderator started it (this time). :)

I figured I’d better talk about ice cream or I might post something that I would regret!

I’m feeling Moose Tracks tonight. Nothing like consuming your feelings in the form of vanilla ice cream with fudge chunks and mini peanut butter cups :)
